Al Areen Martial Arts Training LLC is a pioneering martial arts cross training academy. We believe individuals need to be holistic developed in their combative ability and therefore must be aware of the basics of the main four distances of combat. The main distances of combat are: Striking range, Trapping Range, Grappling range & Weapons range.
The main martial arts styles that helps us perform effectively in those distances include: Thai Boxing, Grappling Arts, Filipino Martial Arts and Gung Fan Gung Fu/Jeet Kune Do concepts. A blend of these four martial arts mythologies under qualified guidance provides for a unique training experience that not only has many physical and mental health benefits but also helps to nurture genuine respect for intercultural dialogue and exchange.
